This month's in-home kitchen session is all about creating Artful food with charcuterie board and Focaccia Bread that is both beautiful and tasty. You’ll learn techniques (think salami rosettes and crinkle cut veggies) with hands on practice and you'll take-home recipes and ideas. Also included is a single serving wood charcuterie board that we'll fill with goodies as we learn. Decorate readymade Artisan Focaccia Dough with fresh veggies and seasonings. Learn to make my perfect sandwich sourdough bread. This bread has a softer crust and a little less tang making it a perfect choice for sandwiches. Best of all, it's ready faster than traditional sourdough! Included in this class are all ingredients to make a loaf of quick sourdough bread, a sourdough starter, and ready to bake loaf of sourdough. You will also take home a Danish whisk and a rubber scraper.

Learn how to craft refreshing summer cocktails and mocktails and prepare elegant and easy finger sandwiches with me. Perfect for a garden party or a casual porch gathering, this hands-on class will inspire you to entertain with ease and style. Perfect for beginners and seasoned hosts alike.
I will walk you through 2-3 finger sandwich recipes and 2-3 cocktail/mocktail recipes. You'll get to sample along the way as you explore in this hands-on class. I will also include other related entertaining tips!
