Hello friends!
Growing up, I spent year after year in the kitchen with some of the most special people in my life. Every season brought something new..... pails of fresh picked berries, fragrant herbs from the garden, and the constant growth of my love of creating delicious and beautiful foods in my kitchen!
As the seasons changed, I found myself with my hands in the flour well, whisking eggs with a fork, in anticipation of our delicious outcome. I soaked it up alongside my Slovenian mother and Italian granny as I watched and helped transform our ingredients into delicious culinary creations that would become the center of so many gatherings and meals. The inviting smells of fresh made jam and bread baked out of the oven, as well as the sights and sounds in our kitchen, felt warm, loving and steeped in tradition. Since that time, I have spent countless hours in the kitchen with lots of family and friends!
Years later, I still find my happy place is in the kitchen!
In 2019, I started Front Range Cannery in the great state of Colorado; named after the beautiful front range of the Great Rocky Mountains. This is how Front Range Cannery came to fruition. Since then with the unending desire to live near my family, I followed them to Georgia, and reopened Front Range Cannery in the great state of Georgia; which happens to be in the shadows of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains to the north.
I continue to pursue my passion and share my much loved recipes and create culinary delights that are inspired by nature’s gifts.
Thank you to my parents and grandparents for teaching me the importance of carrying on family traditions and how to appreciate the natural world around us.
Always Made with Love...Pauline
