Potica is a traditional festive bread from Slovenia and is served for holidays and special occasions.  we love it anytime!

Pronounced  "poh-TEET-sah"

This nut roll delicacy is made with brioch style bread and honey walnut filling.

The pastry dough is delicately stretched  very thin, the filling is then applied and the pastry is rolled to create its elaborate  spiral pattern. 

Delicious with coffee or tea, but surprisingly it also taste delicious paired with sliced ham. 

Try it for breakfast, afternoon tea or even lunch!

Vanilla cake base with tropical flavors of coconut, pecans,apricot and candied cherries.

Order early and if desired wrap in cheesecloth soaked with rum or apple juice until served  during the holiday season.
